Development of gymnastics equipment and its influence on changes in gymnastics exercises

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the origin and development of gymnastics equipment and the changes in movement content over the years. All the competition apparatus of men and women in artistic gymnastics are presented. In addition to the construction and movement development, significant names of men and women who excelled on each apparatus at the specific time are mentioned for each apparatus. The thesis also includes a description of the origins and development of gymnastics, including the history of physical education systems in the world and in our country. The bachelor thesis is solved on the basis of the application of historical methods. Comparison of the level of balance abilities of artistic gymnasts and Teamgyms

Title: Comparison of balance of abilities of artistic gymnasts and TeamGym gymnasts Objectives: The aim of this work is to describe the relationship between selected factors and performance in selected balance tests of groups of artistic gymnasts and TeamGym gymnasts and at the same time to verify the effect of the balance beam exercise on the balance ability of TeamGym gymnasts. Methods: Field tests were chosen for data acquisition: stand on dominant and non- dominant limb with closed and open eyes, walking back on balance beam and bench, jumps to balance position (track). Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was used. The obtained data were evaluated by means of Wilcoxon tests for two dependent and independent samples, correlation analysis, materiality investigation for non-parametric data and means of descriptive statistics. The data were also examined in terms of the percentages of the achieved maxima. The intervention method was chosen to verify the influence of the exercises on the balance beams. Results: The relationship of the direct proportion between age and performance in walking back on bench and track test was confirmed, and between height and performance in stand-up tests and track run were confirmed. Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics

Name: Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics. Characteristics: The theoretical part deals with important concepts related to gymnastics, especially the women's artistic gymnastics and balance beam as a pivotal tool for this work. Motor skills, coordination skills and balance abilities are also defined there. The end of the theoretical part deals with characteristics of a younger school age and the sensitive period. The main goal of the practical part is to design and formulate set of exercises. They have a goal to stimulate the level of balance abilities. Presented exercises are primarily proposed in gymnastics for girls of younger school age. The set of exercises has been profiled from a long-term analysis of gymnastics trainings. The observation method has been used in conjunction with the exercises described in the literature dealing with the same topic. The work is not a primary research and it also does not have an experimental character. The structure is not associated with any hypotheses nor is asking scientific questions. The conclusion of the bachelor work contains a summary of the whole issue and evaluates possibilities of using this work in a coaching practice. Possible future research directions are also indicated there....
100 m hurdle race women in fire sport.

Title: 100 m hurdle race women in fire sport. Objectives: A description of the discipline of 100 m hurdle race women and a description of rendition technique from the methodical point of view is the main objective of this work. Methods: A descriptive method and a video record analysis were used in this work. Each phases are slowed-motion and retroactive described. Results: It`s a methodical description of the discipline with the video record and it will be used for coaching purposes for beginning and also advanced racers. It will improve technique of 100 m hurdle race and also achieve better sports performances too. Keywords: run, start, hurdle, beam, fire divider, technique, movement, analysis.
The analysis of causality between evolution of apparatus and development of reports in women's artistics gymnastics

The thesis provides an overview of historical evolution in gymnastics worldwide and also evolution in our country. It is focused on the history of women's artistic gymnastics. The emphasis is placed on the development of balance beam, as it is the main gymnastic apparatus in women's artistic gymnastics. The thesis, based on the study of historical sources, provides a summary of the characteristics of balance beam and describes the movements on this apparatus and defines the current regulations for the exercise on the balance beam according to the current rules of women's gymnastics.
The Causality of Development of Gymnastic Apparatus and Development of Gymnastic Combinations on Beam and Floor Events

This piece of work is focused on development of gymnastic apparatus balance beam, floor events and gymnastic set of exercises on balance beam and floor events in the period from beginning of physical training up to the time after World War II. The last gymnastic sports still including some of the athletic disciplines took place during this time of period. All direct, progressive and historical methods were used to process obtained information.
